This is a super easy wrap to make and you can add so many things to it as you figure out what foods you can eat. For example, when you get to level 4, you could spread cream cheese on the lettuce or a slice of cheddar cheese. Since I don’t have issues with dairy (unlike David my hubby) I like to add that. This is also great on the go. I make the wrap and then put it in a ziplock or a container, put it in a small cooler, and take it with me. It travels really well.
2 large leaves of lettuce (butter leaf or romaine work great – anything other than iceberg)
2 oz sliced turkey, split on the two leaves
1 avocado sliced, split between the two leaves
1 TBSP avocado mayonnaise
Optional to add additional vegetables like tomato or mushrooms
Spread a little mayonnaise onto each leaf of lettuce. Add turkey, avocado, and any additional veggies. Wrap it up and enjoy.
