Sugar Free Cream Cheese Frosting

I mainly use this recipe on my carrot cake but it’s so good that you can put it on any cake that tastes good with a cream cheese frosting. No one can tell it’s sugar-free.

Ingredients

12 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup butter, softened

1 1/2 cups Swerve powdered sugar

1 TBSP pure vanilla extract

2 TBSP heavy cream (if needed)

Directions

Using a mixer beat together cream cheese and butter until creamy.

Beat in Swerve powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.

If the frosting is a little thick, add heavy cream until desired consistency to use as frosting on cakes.
