Ok I know the title isn’t exactly correct. There is sugar in this recipe because it’s in cranberries, apples, and oranges. I just mean I don’t add a whole cup of sugar to the recipe like most people. I substitute Swerve and find that my family likes it just as much as the sugar-filled recipe. Give it a try and see if your family doesn’t like it just as well too.
Ingredients
1 12 oz bag cranberries
1 orange, peeled and sliced
1 green apple, peeled and sliced
1 cup Swerve
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
Directions
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Once it’s blended to the consistency that you like, pour into a saucepan. Cook on high heat until boiling. Turn down to simmer for 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
Let cool to room temperature or store in the refrigerator until serving.
