Steak And Eggs Skillet

In Level 3, you can have both Steak and Eggs. Two wonderful ingredients for breakfast. I like to grill extra steak and have it leftover for this breakfast and stake tacos or steak salad. I’ve made it with onions and mushrooms but you can add any veggies you have around to it and make it to your liking.


2 pasture-raised eggs, beaten

3 oz grilled steak, cut in bite-size pieces

4 organic mushrooms, sliced

1 TBS minced garlic

1/4 organic onion, diced

1 TBSP pasture-raised butter

Salt and pepper to taste


Take a small skillet and heat it up on medium-high heat. Add butter and melt. Add onion and garlic. Cook until fragrant and tender. Add mushrooms cook until tender.
