Salmon Tacos

INGREDIENTS

6 oz Baked Salmon

1/3 head green cabbage, shredded

¼ head purple cabbage, shredded

4 limes, juiced

2 oranges, peeled and sliced in small pieces

2 TBSP cilantro, chopped

Salt & pepper to taste

Avocado diced or guacamole 

2 limes for garnish

DIRECTIONS

6 grain-free tortillas (I have bought Sieté brand when I haven’t been able to make my own.)

Place cabbage, lime juice, oranges, cilantro, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 30 min and up to several hours.

Warm up salmon and tortillas. Add 1 oz. salmon, cabbage mixture, avocado, and limes to a tortilla. Enjoy.
