This is as close as I’ve come to a ranch dressing that’s sugar-free, gluten-free, and dairy-free. It was inspired by Terry Wahls but, like with all my recipes, I’ve made a few changes. I really like this dressing on the steak salad.
Ingredients
1/3 cup TBSP olive oil
2 TBSP fresh lemon juice
1/2 can full-fat coconut milk
1/4 cup avocado oil mayonnaise
2 tsp dried dill or 2 TBSP fresh dill, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried mustard powder
1/2 tsp iodized sea salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
Directions
Put all ingredients into a glass jar and shake to combine. Shake before each use.
