This is another smoothie recipe inspired by Terry Wahls. Like always I have to make changes to them to make them work for us, so I encourage you to do the same thing. Having healing smoothies most days has been key to achieving our optimal health.
1 cup fresh or frozen organic peaches, pitted and sliced
1 medium organic carrot, chopped
1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder
1 can full-fat coconut milk, almond milk, or water
1 tsp cinnamon
Put all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth
