Grilled Shrimp

What I love about this recipe is how simple it is and how delicious it is. I like to serve the shrimp over fried cauliflower rice, but it really goes with everything.

Ingredients

1 lb 16/10 wild-caught shrimp, peeled and divided

1/4 cup avocado oil

1 lemon, juiced

Salt & pepper to taste

Paprika

6 wood or metal skewers

Directions

Heat outdoor grill to 500°

In a bowl combine avocado oil, lemon, salt, and pepper. Put shrimp in bowl and coat really well. I like it to sit in the oil for at least 30 min.

Take 6 shrimp and place them on a skewer.

Grill 3 minutes per side until shrimp is white all the way through. Serve over fried cauliflower rice.
