Cajun Roasted Cauliflower

This recipe comes from my son Ryan. He loves to experiment with new ways to cook cauliflower.  He also likes things spicy so if you’re a fan of spicy and cauliflower you will probably love this recipe.


1 head organic cauliflower, cut in small florets

Avocado oil or ghee (if level 4 he makes it with half butter, half oil)

Cajun seasoning (we like McCormick’s, just make sure it’s gluten-free)


Heat pan on stovetop to medium-high heat. Add oil or ghee and melt. Add cauliflower florets and cook until roasted and tender. Add cajun seasonings to the level of spice you like. Cook a few minutes longer and serve.
