Baked Sea Bass Recipe

4 – 6 oz fillets of Sea Bass (or any white, flakey fish)

4 tsp avocado oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 bunch fresh chives

2 lemons sliced

2 cloves garlic, chopped


Preheat oven to 425°.

Cut 4 large pieces of heavy-duty foil. Brush foil with avocado oil. Set fillets in the center of the foil. Brush each fillet with avocado oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle chives and minced garlic on each fillet. Lay sliced lemons on the top. Fold foil over the fish and turn edges over 2-3 times. Flatten to seal packets.

Bake in preheated oven until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork, 15 to 20 minutes.  Don’t over cook.

Remove from foil and serve with the lemon and fresh chives on top.
